1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Last Smoke Android app and this website, lastsmoke.app. The app is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Health: what this app is, and is not

The app offers general information and self-help tools: a usage counter, breathing exercises, a structured course of cognitive-behavioural lessons, and recovery facts drawn from public health sources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or counsellor.

Talk to a healthcare professional before changing how you use nicotine, especially before starting or stopping nicotine replacement therapy. If you feel unwell, physically or mentally, seek professional care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. No guarantee of results

Quitting is personal. The app keeps an honest count; it does not promise that you will quit, cut down, or stay smoke-free. Milestones and health facts are general estimates from public sources, not predictions about your body.

4. Your data

Your ledger, journal, notes, and lesson answers stay on your device. The app has no accounts and no server holding your data. What little leaves the phone (and its off switches) is listed in the privacy policy.

5. Trial, unlock, and ads

The app is free to try for 7 days with everything unlocked: no card, no account. After the trial you can keep everything forever with a one-time unlock purchased through Google Play (processed entirely by Google; refunds follow Google Play's policies), or keep going free with ads served by Google (AdMob). Ads never appear in SOS, the breathing exercises, or the game.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the app and site for yourself, for their intended purpose.
• Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the app's content, lessons, or artwork.
• Don't interfere with, scrape abusively, or try to break the site or its content delivery.
• Don't use the app or site where that would break the law.

7. Ownership and licence

The app's name, design, lessons, artwork, and code belong to the developer. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app as intended, for as long as these terms allow. Everything else is reserved.

8. The app is provided "as is"

The app and site are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Changes

The app may gain features, and pricing stays as described: one-time unlock, no subscription. These terms may change; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
